It is possible to get the finished illustration physically sent over to you by mail, but postage costs will have to be covered by the customer.Price Range:

custom designs

If you have a character or design worked out in your head but just can’t get a visual to it, this is the one for you. We’ll work closely with each other and you’ll see your design come alive based on visual and written guidelines. These are made digitally, as there’s often editing work and many steps during the progress. The price is based on complexity and the amount of images shown in the reference sheet. A fee is also calculated depending on the complexity of the design and the work that is put into working out a design from limited info or has a lot of editorial steps.Price Range:

terms of service

usage & rights

Your character(s) rights will remain yours, obviously, though the artwork’s rights will remain mine. You may, however, share and repost the commission on a platform of your choice, but you are obliged to credit Andromeva as the original artist of the artwork upon publication. Preferably via a tag or link back.It should be noted that these prices detail non-commercial work.
This means you can’t use the finished product for prints on clothing, posters or re-sell the art as designs in your own online stores, feature it as exclusive content for a game or book behind a paywall, etc.
If you would like for your commission to be commercialised, which is open for negotiation by me, an additional fee will be discussed before payment.

Payment & refunds

Payment happens 100% upfront through PayPal for anything under €60. If a split-payment is necessary for maintaining bills, this can be discussed up front. Payment through PayPal protects both you and me, and keeps refunds tidy and available. The customer will provide their PayPal email-address and an invoice will be sent detailing the commission information. Once the payment is successfully transferred I will commence working on your commission.During the commission process I will regularly update you with visuals on how your commission’s going. We’ll discuss what’s happening and go over any possible changes per stage. Do note that if I have to go back for big changes an additional fee can be accounted for! The clearer your description and communication during the progress the smoother we can sail. (ex. In process of shading a character, but you ask for a different outfit, will result in a fee because of the backtracking and lost time.)You are eligible for a full refund until after the sketching phase. After the sketching phase only partial refunds will be given depending on how far into the process of finishing your commission I am. This means that on a larger image you have a right to receive back the amount of the original price minus the price of the work/stage that has been done. (ex. €80 scene - €50 flatcolours already done = €30 refund) (Mind the PayPal fee deducted!)

*Price may vary depending on:
the complexity of the character(s), the number of characters, the level of render (linework, shaded, coloured, …), if the piece is SFW or NSFW, the complexity of the scene (multiple characters interacting, complex poses, …), and the inclusion of a background and the complexity thereof
